We’ll create a mockup and send it to you for approval before we cut anything, so you get exactly what you’re after.

For a Clean, Professional Join

To ensure a seamless connection, make sure your ArkuRing sections are properly aligned and square. Clamp both ends firmly — a wide-brimmed vice clamp works best for stability during assembly.

Once clamped:

• Slide the joining plate into position — the top edge should tuck under the rolled lip of the ring, and the bottom edge of the ring should slot into the channel at the base of the joining plate
• Align the pre-drilled holes — gentle tapping with a rubber mallet may be needed to seat it fully
• Secure using the included self-tapping screws — no pre-drilling required
